Prior to Engage, Michele managed social media for a 2010 Congressional campaign, interned for the London Daily Telegraph’s Washington bureau, worked in the publications department of a large DC church, interned at the Massachusetts State House, and helped found a student-run political blog with over 20 writers. She also campaigned for McCain in three states in 2008. Though now on the other side of the aisle, her first foray into politics was an internship with the Massachusetts Democratic Party while in high school.
Michele is a graduate of the George Washington University, where she studied international economics and focused on international monetary systems. She led the Colonials for Life, GW’s pro-life student organization, and the Canterbury Club, the Episcopal student organization.
